How to download your Vercel invoice

Vercel invoices live in the team settings, not on your personal account. On the Hobby plan there are no invoices to download — only paid plans generate them.

Open the billing portal

Step by step

  1. 1

Open the dashboard and pick the team

At vercel.com/dashboard, use the top switcher to select the team whose subscription you pay for.

  2. 2

    Open Settings → Invoices

Team settings include an Invoices section. The direct URL is vercel.com/[your-team]/~/settings/invoices.

  3. 3

    Find the month

You'll see the list of issued invoices, one per billing cycle, with payment status and amount.

  4. 4

    Download the PDF

Each invoice has its own PDF download link. If you need your VAT ID on it, set it first under Settings → Billing → Tax ID.

Tips & edge cases

  • You need to be a team owner (or have billing access) to see invoices.
  • The Hobby plan is free and produces no invoices; Pro usage-based charges do appear on the cycle's invoice.
  • Add your VAT ID in billing settings so future invoices are issued with reverse-charge VAT.

Stop downloading invoices by hand

Every month Severino logs into this portal (and your other providers'), downloads the PDFs and sends them to your accountant. You do nothing.

Tell us which one you use and we'll let you know when its guide (and Severino support) is available.

Frequently asked questions

Does Vercel email the invoice?

It emails a charge receipt to the billing email, but the full PDF is downloaded from the dashboard.

When is the Vercel invoice issued?

At the close of each monthly billing cycle, on your subscription's renewal date.

I have several Vercel teams — how many invoices are there?

One per team on a paid plan. Severino can download them all and forward them to your accountant together.
