How to download your Figma invoice

Figma bills per team or organization, depending on your account type. Only whoever administers that team's billing can see the invoice history.

Step by step

  1. 1

Open the team or organization settings

From the switcher in the top-left corner, open the team or organization that pays the subscription and go to its settings.

  2. 2

    Go to the Billing tab

In the settings menu find “Billing”. You'll see the contracted plan (Professional, Organization or Enterprise) and the billing cycle.

  3. 3

    Download the cycle's invoice

The invoice history lists every charge with its downloadable PDF document.

Tips & edge cases

  • On Enterprise accounts, billing may be managed by Figma's customer success team instead of the panel itself.
  • On annual billing you'll only see one large invoice per year plus adjustments for added editors.

Add it as a custom provider

This provider isn't in Severino's default catalog yet, but you can add it yourself by pasting its billing portal URL as a custom provider — Severino will try to download the invoice just like it does for the rest. If you'd rather wait for us to add it natively, leave your email.

Tell us which one you use and we'll let you know when its guide (and Severino support) is available.

Frequently asked questions

Where's the invoice if I pay for Figma alone, without a team?

Even as a single user, Figma still creates a team/organization billing space: the invoice is in its settings, not your personal profile.

Can I have more than one Figma invoice in the same month?

If you add editors mid-cycle, Figma may generate a separate prorated charge on top of the usual monthly fee.
