How to download your Slack invoice

Slack keeps invoices in each workspace's billing admin panel, at a URL that includes your workspace name: yourworkspace.slack.com/admin/billing. Only owners and admins with billing permissions can get in.

Step by step

    Open the workspace billing panel

    Go to [your-workspace].slack.com/admin/billing, or from Slack: workspace menu → Tools & settings → Billing.

    Open the history tab

    The History tab lists every issued invoice with date, amount and status.

    Download the month's invoice

    Each line lets you view the invoice and download it as a PDF.

    Check your tax details

    In billing settings you can add company name, address and VAT ID so they appear on future invoices.

Tips & edge cases

  • If you can't see the billing option, you're not an owner/admin with billing permissions on that workspace — ask whoever administers it.
  • On annual billing there's one invoice per year plus adjustments for added seats.
  • Slack adjusts charges for active members (fair billing), so the amount can vary month to month.

Frequently asked questions

Does Slack email invoices?

It sends receipts to the configured billing contacts, but the PDF is always available in the admin panel.

Why does my Slack amount change every month?

Because of fair billing: Slack only charges for active members and prorates joins and departures.

I manage several workspaces — do I have to log into each one?

Yes, each workspace bills separately. Severino walks every portal for you and delivers the PDFs together.
