How to download your Notion invoice
Notion bills per workspace, not per personal account: if you belong to several paid workspaces, each has its own billing and its own history.
Step by step
- 1
Open the workspace settings
Inside the workspace you pay for, go to Settings & members (your workspace icon, top left).
- 2
Open Plans or Billing
In the settings menu find the plan or billing tab. You'll see the current plan (Plus, Business or Enterprise) and payment method.
- 3
Download the month's invoice
The billing history lists every charge with its downloadable PDF receipt.
Tips & edge cases
- Only workspace admins can see billing.
- If you're on the free plan, there's no invoice to download.
Add it as a custom provider
This provider isn't in Severino's default catalog yet, but you can add it yourself by pasting its billing portal URL as a custom provider — Severino will try to download the invoice just like it does for the rest. If you'd rather wait for us to add it natively, leave your email.
Tell us which one you use and we'll let you know when its guide (and Severino support) is available.
Frequently asked questions
Why can't I find the invoice in my personal account?
Because billing lives on the workspace, not your user profile. If you belong to several workspaces, check each one's billing separately.
Does Notion add VAT to the invoice?
It depends on your country and whether you provided a valid tax ID; check the tax breakdown on the receipt itself.
