How to download your HubSpot invoice
HubSpot keeps invoices in the account's (portal's) billing settings, accessible only to users with billing permission.
Step by step
- 1
Open the account settings
Log into your HubSpot account and go to the settings icon (⚙) → Billing & company information.
- 2
Go to the invoice history
The Invoices tab lists every charge with its date and amount.
- 3
Download the PDF
Each invoice has a download button. Add your VAT ID and company name in billing information if missing.
Tips & edge cases
- You need the “Billing” permission assigned to your user to see this section, even if you have other admin permissions.
- Add-ons and extra hubs may show as separate lines on the same invoice, or as their own invoices depending on the contract.
Add it as a custom provider
This provider isn't in Severino's default catalog yet, but you can add it yourself by pasting its billing portal URL as a custom provider — Severino will try to download the invoice just like it does for the rest. If you'd rather wait for us to add it natively, leave your email.
Tell us which one you use and we'll let you know when its guide (and Severino support) is available.
Frequently asked questions
Does HubSpot issue VAT invoices?
It depends on the HubSpot entity billing you based on your country; check the tax breakdown on the invoice PDF.
Can I change the tax details on already-issued invoices?
Not from the portal itself — to correct an old invoice you need to contact HubSpot's billing support.
