Terms of Service
1. Who provides the service
Severino is a service provided by Twintag Services SL, tax ID (NIF) B57728818, registered at Paseo del Prado 12, 7º Centro Izquierda, 28014 Madrid, Madrid, España, Spain. You can contact us at hola@severino.io.
2. What Severino does
Severino is a subscription Chrome extension that, within the sessions you already have open in your software providers' billing portals (AWS, Vercel, GitHub, and the rest of the supported providers), locates and downloads the invoices for the period you specify.
The service does not log in on your behalf, does not store or know your passwords for those providers, and does not perform any action beyond searching for and downloading invoices.
3. Account and access
Access to Severino is through signing in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for ensuring the extension is only used on providers and invoices that belong to you or the organization you represent.
4. Price and billing
Severino is offered through recurring paid subscription plans, managed through Stripe. Charges are billed in advance at the start of each period. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe customer portal, accessible from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
5. Permitted use
You must use Severino only on provider accounts that belong to you or that you are authorized to manage. It is prohibited to use the service to access third-party accounts without authorization, or to circumvent security measures on providers' websites.
6. Service availability
Severino depends on third-party billing portals keeping their pages accessible. If a provider changes its website, Severino will attempt to adapt automatically, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of invoice search for a given provider at all times.
7. Limitation of liability
Severino is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Twintag Services SL will not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, nor for the accuracy, availability, or format of invoices obtained from third parties.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or applicable regulations. We will publish any change on this same page along with the update date.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules establish a different venue.
