How to download your Adobe Creative Cloud invoice
Adobe keeps the order and invoice history in account management (account.adobe.com), separate from the Creative Cloud desktop app itself.
Open the billing portal ↗Step by step

Open your Adobe account management
Go to account.adobe.com/plans (direct link above) and sign in with the Adobe ID that pays the subscription.

Open the order history
Find the order history / billing section, where every monthly or annual charge is listed.

Download the receipt
Each order has an option to view or download the PDF invoice, with the tax breakdown.
Tips & edge cases
- On Teams or Enterprise plans, only the account admin sees the full billing.
- If you bought Creative Cloud through a reseller or the App Store, the invoice isn't on account.adobe.com but in that channel instead.
Add it as a custom provider
This provider isn't in Severino's default catalog yet, but you can add it yourself by pasting its billing portal URL as a custom provider — Severino will try to download the invoice just like it does for the rest. If you'd rather wait for us to add it natively, leave your email.
