How to download your Asana invoice
Asana bills per paid organization or workspace, and only whoever administers billing can see the full invoice history.
Step by step
- 1
Open the admin console
As an admin, go to your organization's icon → Settings → Billing.
- 2
Go to the invoice history
The billing section lists every charge with its date, amount and payment status.
- 3
Download the PDF
Each invoice has its own download option, with the breakdown of billed seats.
Tips & edge cases
- The number of billed seats can vary each cycle if members are added or removed.
- Asana's Personal/Basic plan is free and generates no invoices.
Add it as a custom provider
This provider isn't in Severino's default catalog yet, but you can add it yourself by pasting its billing portal URL as a custom provider — Severino will try to download the invoice just like it does for the rest. If you'd rather wait for us to add it natively, leave your email.
Tell us which one you use and we'll let you know when its guide (and Severino support) is available.
